If you feel that any item purchased from Electric Scooter Shop has developed a fault, please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring freight costs (unfortunately these can not be covered by Electric Scooter Shop). If your products need to be returned, you must provide proof of purchase, and we ask that returned products are clean. Returned products will be assessed by our Warranty Department, and replacement products will be dispatched once approved.
